Free UK delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders.

Orders placed before 12 noon are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery normally within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery to Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take longer. Tracking information is provided when your order is dispatched.

International delivery and import charges

We use Royal Mail for international deliveries.

Where duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, we arrange duty-paid delivery for eligible destinations and orders.

If duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout, they are not included in your order total. The recipient is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes and carrier clearance or handling charges requested by the destination customs authority or delivery carrier. Payment may be required before delivery.

Some local administration fees may still be collected from the recipient, even when duties and import taxes are prepaid. For Italy, Royal Mail currently advises that a EUR 2 customs administration fee applies to parcels valued under EUR 150 and is collected from the recipient.

Duty-paid destinations

For eligible orders to the following destinations, we collect applicable duties and import taxes at checkout and arrange Royal Mail duty-paid delivery: Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and the United States.

Royal Mail duty-paid value limits apply: up to EUR 150 for Spain and Luxembourg, and up to USD 2,500 for the United States. Please contact us before ordering above these limits. Duty-paid delivery to Denmark, Estonia and Slovakia is available for consumer orders only. PO Box delivery is not supported for duty-paid destinations outside the United States. The Italy administration-fee exception above still applies.

Other international destinations we ship to

For all other international destinations offered at checkout, we do not collect import duties or import taxes at checkout. The recipient must pay any applicable duties, import taxes and carrier clearance or handling charges when requested. A destination being listed here does not mean delivery is available; available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.
