How to Set Up and Use the iTrack Easy App for Your Glasses Finder
The Oscanna Glasses Finder uses the dedicated iTrack Easy app to help you locate glasses nearby from a compatible iPhone or Android phone. It is a lightweight Bluetooth finder: it does not connect to Apple Find My or Google Find Hub, and it is not a live GPS tracker.
Before you start
Charge the Glasses Finder using the supplied charging cable. Keep the tracker beside your phone during setup, switch Bluetooth on and have one of the supplied silicone attachments ready.
Install the iTrack Easy app
Download iTrack Easy from the official Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can also scan the QR code supplied with the product. Check that you are installing the correct app before continuing.
Pair the Glasses Finder
Switch on the charged tracker as described in the supplied user guide. Open iTrack Easy and allow the permissions needed for Bluetooth operation and nearby finding. Use the app’s add-device option, keep the tracker close to the phone and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.
If the finder does not appear, confirm that it is charged and switched on, move it closer to the phone and restart Bluetooth before trying again.
Fit it to your glasses
Choose the silicone attachment that fits the arm of your glasses most securely. Position the tracker so it does not interfere with the hinge or feel uncomfortable behind your ear. It weighs approximately 1.5g, although comfort depends on your frames.
Test the sound
Open iTrack Easy and use the sound or ring control. The tracker can produce an alert of up to 85dB, helping you follow the sound when glasses are under a cushion, beside the bed, inside a bag or elsewhere nearby. Test it immediately after setup.
What last seen location means
If the Bluetooth connection is lost, the app may show the last location recorded by your phone while the tracker was connected. This is a useful reference point, but it is not continuous GPS tracking and does not provide the crowdsourced network used by Apple Find My or Google Find Hub.
Troubleshooting
If the tracker is not appearing, charge and switch it on, place it beside the phone, confirm Bluetooth is enabled and reopen iTrack Easy. If the sound will not activate, check that the finder is charged and connected. Bluetooth range varies with walls, furniture, interference and phone settings.
